A Fresh Start

As the beach chairs and bathing suits go back into storage, the shift from the summer season into September and early fall makes us naturally shift into a different mindset.

With work back to a regular schedule, kids back in school and routines back to normal, it's a great time to reflect on your daily and weekly habits and how you can potentially make them work better for you.

For some, a new window has opened: a child sent to school full-time for the first time or dropped off at college to start their next chapter. This can be a bag of mixed emotions but also an opportunity to take some of that extra time back for yourself. What will you do with it?

Questions to ask yourself this month:

  • What have I been meaning to do this year but haven't yet?

  • Do I feel good mentally and physically and if not, what's holding me back?

  • What daily habits are serving me well or what habits do I need to stop?

  • How do I WANT to feel and what small shifts can I make to align with these feelings?

  • What’s one habit or routine you could commit to this month that would make the biggest difference in your mental and physical health?

September marks a fresh start. Take a minute to check in with yourself and make sure your daily habits make your feel your best.
